Medians now span almost all of
Phase II of the transformation. These medians will improve traffic flow by
establishing dedicated left turn lanes at specific locations. Soon, an
irrigation system will be installed to support greenery as in this image from
Phase I. Crews are also installing lighting and traffic controllers.
